Ingredients
4cupspuffed rice
1/2cupraw honey
1/2cuppeanut butter
1/4cupdark chocolate chips
1Tbscoconut oiloptional
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine raw honey and peanut butter in a mixing bowl and melt for 10-15 seconds, or until it reaches a drizzle-y consistency
Fold in puffed rice cereal until puffed rice is nicely coated in the sticky mixture, and the mixture forms into one large malleable mass
Place this mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper and press into the dish with your hands to flatten into the pan
Chill in refrigerator or freezer
Prepare your chocolate drizzle by melting the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small dish in the microwave, stirring every 10 seconds until it becomes nice and drizzly, or over a double boiler
Remove puffed rice bars from freezer, drizzle with the chocolate, and return it to the freezer to chill for an additional ten minutes before cutting into bars
