Ingredients
2cupbrown rice
2can coconut milkfull fat
1can coconut cream
2tspcinnamon
¼cupmaple syrup
¼cupbrown sugarpacked
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pressure cooker and stir until rice is submerged and brown sugar has dissolved.
Seal pressure cooker and cook on high for 12 minutes. If your pressure cooker has a rice setting, use the brown rice setting.
Allow pressure cooker to release naturally for at least 10 minutes before removing the lid and enjoying warm.
