Some days, nothing will do except a big warm bowl of creamy Macaroni & Cheese. A chilly, rainy day or a snuggly night in, this 8 Minute Macaroni & Cheese is coming to the rescue! AND It’s full of protein!
Here’s what you’ll need…
1 box Banza elbows
3 cup whole milk
1 Tbs dijon mustard
3 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan
2 Tbs butter
Directions:
- combine all ingredients into pressure cooker
- cook on high for 8 minutes
- top with additional cheese to taste
