I am not ashamed to say that sometimes veggies are better dipped in ranch dressing. What can I say? I may be an adult, but I still stand behind that, and I am sure you can too. We are truly denying ourselves if we think a raw carrot stick tastes better on its own rather than dipped in ranch, am I right? That’s why I love this Homemade Ranch Dressing. It is thick and creamy and perfect for dipping. Each bite features fresh and sharp dill, zippy lemon juice, and a touch of extra virgin olive oil for the grown-up, perfectly balanced version of a kid favorite.
Not to mention this homemade ranch dressing is much healthier than the traditional store bought stuff that I used to have as a kid. With a Greek yogurt base, each bite provides a little boost of protein and gut healthy probiotics, so you can just snack your heart out! Whip it up in just five minutes for an afternoon pick-me-up, late night snack attack, or set it aside to drizzle over your salads throughout the week.
However, If you’re hoping to drizzle it over a salad, just add an extra drizzle of olive oil, and you are good to go!
