Three words that will change your life: Honey Fermented Garlic
Have you tried it? If not, get on it! I have Honey Fermented Garlic on hand at ALL TIMES. It’s my favorite thing to add to everything. I mean EVERYTHING:
- ALL of my sauces (I always add it to this one)
- Stir-fry
- grilled protein
- roasted veggies
- salad dressings
- etc
It’s sooo simple to make, and it elevates every dish just with a quick drizzle of this liquid gold.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 head of garlic
2 cup raw honey (here’s how to find raw honey!)
Directions:
- Prep garlic by removing all of the papery sheath from each clove and smashing each clove
- Add to a clean jar that you can seal
- Add raw honey until all of the garlic is submerged
- Seal and set aside for three days
Note: Unscrew the jar to release the gases and stir every couple of days after the garlic is fermented
