I am totally digging these Turkey Meatballs. They are so flavorful that I ate like half a pan while I was photographing these for this post… I am not even ashamed of it in the slightest. I always pack my meals with protein and healthy fats to keep myself full during the day, and these meatballs have both! Lean ground turkey gives you a protein boost and almond flour used to bind the goods add healthy fats.
Here’s what you need…
2 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup diced onion
2 eggs
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients until spices and mix-ins are evenly distributed
 - Pan fry over medium heat, rotating every few minutes until the meatballs are cooked through
 - Enjoy over a bed of zoodles, pasta, or by themselves because they are that freekin’ delicious!
