Glaze:
1/2cuporganic buttermelted
2/3cupraw honey
1tspcinnamon
1/2cupalmond milk
Base:
3large eggs
1cupegg whites
2/3cupalmond milk
3medium bananas
8sliceswhole grain or sprouted bread
Toppings:
1/2cupchopped almonds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F
In a large bowl, combine glaze ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine base ingredients
Lightly grease cast iron skillet with a small amount of the glaze
Pour base ingredients into skillet and top with remaining glaze and nuts
