Ingredients
1cuprolled oats
2cupmylk substitute of choiceor water
½cupstrong coffee or two shots of espresso
¼cupdark chocolate chunks
2tbspmaple syrup
Instructions
Combine oats and milk in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds, keeping a close eye to ensure it does not overflow. If you notice overflow starting, stop the microwave, stir, and continue heating. Repeat as needed until fully cooked.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until well-combined.
Enjoy warm and fresh, or chill and store for enjoying within the next five days.
