2lbapplesvariety of your choice
1/2tspcinnamon
Instructions
Core the apples by cutting into quarters and removing the seeds, saving as much of the fruit as possible!
Add apples and cinnamon to a pressure cooker and cook on high for 35 minutes, or add to a slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours, or until apples are soft and easily mashed
