Ingredients

cup
cashews
6
large dates
1/2
cup
pepitas
1
cup
dried cranberries
1/4
cup
honey
1
cup
peanut butter
1
cup
rolled oats
Instructions
Add cashews and dates to food processor and pulse until pieces are no larger than pea sized
Combine remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly
Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment and spread and press the dough until it reaches 1/4 inch thickness
Bake for 15-17 minutes
Cut into 12 bars
