Ingredients
1lbground chicken
1small shallot
3tbsppesto
½tspsalt
Oil for pan
Instructions
Finely dice shallot
Combine ground chicken, shallot, pesto, and salt and mix well.
Preheat pan to medium-high heat and add oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
Form into approximately golf ball sized balls and place on the hot pan.
Brown each side for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F.
