can full fat coconut milk

maple syrup

For freezing...

quart-sized bag

gallon-sized bag

ice

Instructions
Stir together pumpkin puree, coconut milk, maple syrup, and spices until evenly mixed
Pour mixture into your quart-sized bag and seal
Fill gallon-sized bag with ice and salt
Put your sealed quart-sized bag inside the bag with ice, seal, and shake for 5-7 minutes (I recommend wearing oven mits to protect your hands)
