Glaze
1/4cupolive oil
1/4cupsoy sauce
2Tbsraw honey
1/4tspred pepper flakes
1/3cupVeracha
Instructions
Directions:
Preheat cast iron skillet over medium heat
Place salmon, skin side down onto cast iron
Whisk together glaze ingredients and pour over the top
Cover salmon and allow to cook for 6-8 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon every few minutes
Salmon is done when the flesh becomes flakey, you can test this with a fork
