20ozcan jackfruit
2tbspolive oil
1tspcumin seeds
1tbspchili powder
1tspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
ΒΌtspcayenne pepper
Instructions
Drain jackfruit from can and shred with two forks.
In a large bowl, toss jackfruit with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, add jackfruit and toss until heated through.
Enjoy in burrito bowls or tacos with avocado, fresh lime, sliced radishes, or whatever toppings you please!
