Here’s what you’ll need:

1 butternut squash, peeled and diced

3 medium sweet potatoes , peeled and diced

8 green onions

2 cups chicken broth

1/2 tsp ground red pepper

1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp sea salt

 

Directions:

  1. Throw all of the ingredients together in your Crock-Pot
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for about 6-8 hours
  3. Blend soup until smooth in a blender
