2 ripe avocados, mashed until smooth
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup Truvia brown sugar blend

Directions:

- Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth
- Pour batter into a greased, 8 inch round pan
- Bake for 35-40 minutes – check if the cake is done by poking it with a toothpick in the center, it will come our clean when it is finished
