Sometimes we choose to indulge in naughty treats and stray from our clean eating habits, but usually we just recreate our fave guilty pleasures for one of many reasons:

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 cup coffee, hot
1 cup skim milk (or your choice of dairy-free milk), heat/steamed/frothed
1 tsp molasses
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 Tbs maple syrup
pinch of nutmeg

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly!
