I always make my own hummus. It’s one of those simple snacks that I absolutely love to eat and refuse to buy. It’s far too simple to make, so easy to modify for new flavor combinations, and just so much better tasting when it’s homemade. This Pesto Hummus is only four ingredients, so let’s get started!

 

Here’s what you need…

2 can chickpeas

1/2 cup pesto (your choice of brand, or homemade, I used Classico)

2 Tbs olive oil

2 Tbs tahini

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, except the olive oil and blend
  2. Slowly pour in and add olive oil until mixture is smooth
