Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 pomegranate, seeds extracted
Directions
- Melt chocolate in microwave or in double boiler until smooth
- Spread pomegranate seeds evenly on the bottom of a bread pan
- Pour melted chocolate into bread pan, gently tapping the sides until the bottom of the pan is covered and chocolate is evenly distributed over the seeds
- Place bread pan in the refrigerator or freezer, and allow chocolate to set and harden completely before enjoying, up to two hours
- Release from bread pan by flipping upside-down on serving plate or cutting board and gently tapping the bottom until it comes loose
- Slice with a knife or break apart by hand and enjoy!
