If you’re anything like us, sometimes tea is the way to go. Coffee is great, but it can make us wired and jittery for like…ten hours straight…A cup of tea can give us a little boost of energy and warm us up on a cool fall day. This one is for all of you tea lovers out there! Much like our PSL, we are here to save you from a $5 latte that’s basically 400 calories of pure sugar.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup brewed chai tea
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbs pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1 tsp of stevia or sweetener of choice
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and mix until well-dissolved
Note: The pumpkin puree has a natural sweetness to it, so be careful not to overdo it on the sweetener
