Here’s what you’ll need…
Salad
4 large cucumbers, sliced into half-moons
5 medium radishes, thinly sliced
4 green onions, sliced
Dressing
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 oz fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, ensuring the veggies are all coated with dressing
 - Store in refrigerator until you’re ready to eat!
