Bok Choy is one of my favorite vegetables. It's mild in flavor, making it the perfect carrier for this chili ginger sauce. Throw together a batch of this Bok Choy with Chili Ginger Sauce in a flash as the perfect side dish to your weeknight dinner, or double the recipe for a simple meal prep.

Ingredients
2baby bok choy heads
½cupveg broth
¼cupsoy sauce
3clovesgarlic
2tspchili paste
½tspfresh gingerground
Instructions
Preheat a medium saucepan to medium-high heat.
Quarter bok choy along the stems and add to the hot pan.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth, soy sauce, garlic, chili paste, and ginger. Pour over the bok choy.
Cover and steam for 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan and enjoy!
