- 7 oz unsweetened coconut shredded will be easier to manage than large flakes
- 3/4 cup canned coconut milk full fat
- 2 large egg whites
- 3 Tbs pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325F

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form

In a separate bowl, combine coconut flakes, coconut milk, and maple syrup

Gently fold egg whites into mixture

Form into balls with a heaping tablespoon and drop onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 25 minutes

Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave
