Ingredients

can garbanzo beans

medium sweet potato
cooked and skin removed (simply bake in the microwave until soft)

cup
red onion
diced

clove
minced garlic

curry powder

Garam masala

cayenne pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F
Mash all ingredients together
Form into four patties
Bake on baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 25 minutes
