Ingredients

almond flour

cup
coconut oil or butter
melted

mascarpone

plain Greek yogurt
⅓
cup
honey

figs
quartered

cup
blueberries
Instructions
Combine almond flour and butter
Add to 9 inch pie tin and press into pan with hands until evenly distributed. Chill.
Combine mascarpone, Greek yogurt, and honey and pour over the top of your chilled crust
Top pie with figs and blueberries
