This No Bake Fig Tart is ready in minutes! A tender and decadent crust is topped with a rich and creamy frosting and fresh fruit. You’re only 7 ingredients away from pure delight.

Here’s what you’ll need…

2 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut oil or butter, melted
8 oz mascarpone
8 oz plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup honey
2 cup figs, quartered
1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. Combine almond flour and butter
  2. Add to 9 inch pie tin and press into pan with hands until evenly distributed. Chill.
  3. Combine mascarpone, Greek yogurt, and honey and pour over the top of your chilled crust
  4. Top pie with figs and blueberries
  5. Preserve your no bake fig tart in the refrigerator for up to five days!
