When you don't live near the coast, sometimes you have to pretend you do. This Oven Baked Blackened Tilapia is exactly what I need to get some lean, flavorful protein in.

Ingredients
6Tilapia filets
1Tbssmoked paprika
1tspgarlic powder
1/4tspcayenne pepper
1tspsalt
1tspblack pepper
1tspcumin
2Tbsolive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F
Combine spices in a small mixing bowl
Drizzle or mist fish with olive oil
Sprinkle your seasoning mix over the fish and lightly massage each filet, so the seasoning sticks
Bake in a glass dish for 12-14 minutes
Optional: Add a couple of lime wedges to the dish when baking and top it off with some fresh lime juice
