Pear Yogurt Bowl with Thyme Honey

Ingredients

cup
plain Greek Yogurt
full or non-fat, your choice!

tbsp
honey
1
sprig fresh thyme
1/2
bosc pear
sliced
2
tbsp
roasted pistachios
pinch
of nutmeg
Instructions
Remove leaves from thyme and add to a small bowl. Muddle the leaves with the back of a spoon until aromatic. Add honey and stir to combine.
Assemble bowl. Add yogurt and top with pear, pistachios, nutmeg, and drizzle with the thyme honey. Enjoy!
