1 cup plain Greek Yogurt (full or non-fat, your choice!)

2 tbsp honey

1 sprig fresh thyme

1/2 bosc pear, sliced

2 tbsp roasted pistachios

pinch of nutmeg

  1. Remove leaves from thyme and add to a small bowl. Muddle the leaves with the back of a spoon until aromatic. Add honey and stir to combine.
