Ingredients

ricotta cheese

blueberries

cup
blackberries

tsp
stevia
Instructions
Combine berries and half of the stevia in a saucepan over medium heat
Stirring continuously, allow berries to cook down until a sauce forms, 3-4 minutes
In a separate bowl, whisk together ricotta and remaining stevia
Layer compote and ricotta into four serving dishes
