Calling this a latte is quite the stretch. Confession, there's no espresso in this "latte." Anyway, this Turmeric Latte is so dang simple and so dang anti-inflammatory, you're going to be sippin' it on repeat. Full-fat coconut milk and a pinch of black pepper boost turmeric's anti-inflammatory properties, plus zippy ginger provides a punch of flavor in addition to it's anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
1can full fat coconut milk
2tspturmeric
2tsphoney
1/2tspfresh ginger
1/4tspcinnamon
pinchof black pepper
Instructions
In a small pot over medium heat, add all of the ingredients and whisk together.
Bring to a low boil, remove from heat, portion into mugs, and enjoy!
