Calling this a latte is quite the stretch. Confession, there’s no espresso in this “latte,” so is it even a latte? We can discuss if it’s a latte or not later, but I can tell you that it is DANG delicious either way! This Turmeric Latte is so dang simple and loaded with anti-inflammatory ingredients, so you’re going to be sippin’ it on repeat.

Full-fat coconut milk and a pinch of black pepper boost turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties, plus zippy ginger provides a punch of flavor while also working it’s anti-inflammatory magic. Weather you’re weening off coffee and still missing a morning ritual, or love to calm down in the evening with a warm drink, this turmeric latte fits the bill. It calls for six simple ingredients, so get to work!

If you do not have canned full fat coconut milk, or if you don’t want to open the can to simply use a portion of it, I recommend swapping this with a milk substitute of your choice! Just be sure to add a spoonful of coconut oil because the fat in the canned coconut milk is an important part to the effectiveness of turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties. You can read more about that here.

Anyway, this Turmeric Latte is so dang simple and so dang anti-inflammatory, you're going to be sippin' it on repeat.
