Winter can be dreadful and dragging. Thank goodness for bright and vibrant citrus that cuts through the gray, cold, and dreary days. This Winter Citrus Yogurt Bowl takes advantage of the stars of winter produce!

Ingredients
2cupplain greek yogurt
¼cupslivered almonds
¼tbsppure maple syrup
½large grapefruit
1blood orange
1clementine
Instructions
Prepare citrus by slicing away the peel and as much of the white membrane as desired. Slice into disks, removing seeds as needed.
Portion yogurt into four bowls and top with almonds, maple syrup, and citrus.
Enjoy right away or store in individual jars and refrigerate for up to four days.
