Ingredients
2large zucchinispiralized
1/2cherry tomatoeshalved
1ozfresh basilchopped finely
2tbsolive oil
1/2cupfresh mozzarella balls
A pinch of salt - added right before consumption
Instructions
Gently toss all ingredients together in a large bowl
Right before you're ready to enjoy, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt. You don't want to let your zoodles sit in salt, or you'll be eating soggy raw zoodles!
