Perfect for any celebration or a night in where you just feel like a little treat. Trust me when I say this fizzy drink is both refreshing and so satisfying. Bubbly and zippy kombucha is tart and bright, balanced by fresh and sweet freshly squeezed blood orange juice and honey.

Use this mocktail recipe as a guide for future mocktail making! Any fizzy kombucha flavor, a little freshly squeezed fruit juice of choice, and a pinch or drizzle of your sweetener of choice, and you’re in business! 16 oz ginger kombucha
Juice of 1 large blood orange
2 tbsp honey
Dehydrated blood orange slices for garnish

Directions:

  1. Juice blood orange, getting as much out as you can!
  2. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over ice.
    1. note: to accomplish dehydrated orange slices for garnish, slice blood orange into thin slices. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at 250F for 1.5-2 hours, or until dry
