
Everyone loves a good sweet treat. For me, I am itching for one after dinner. Needless to say, clean eating is all about balance, and I don’t always resist these cravings. One treat I love to keep in the freezer are my five ingredient Chocolate Coconut Bites!
Here’s what you’ll need…
1/2 cup shredded coconut
4 almonds
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 Tbs raw honey
1 Tbs coconut oil
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil and honey together
 - Combine coconut oil and honey mixture with shredded coconut
 - Form into four balls
 - Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
 - Press an almond into the top of each ball
 - Freeze for about 15 minutes
 - Melt chocolate chips
 - Dip the frozen balls into the chocolate and coat them evenly
 - Cool until hard. Store in refrigerator or freezer (assuming you don’t eat them all at once..hehe)
