A boost of protein and healthy carbs are perfect for a post-workout treat or late-night sweet-tooth bite.

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 Tbs maple syrup
1 Tbs molasses
3 Tbs skim milk (or your choice of dairy-free milk)
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

 

Directions:

  1. Combine protein powder, oats, cinnamon and ginger in mixing bowl
  2. Add maple syrup, molasses and milk
  3. Chill for about 20 minutes
  4. IF you made it this far without eating all of the batter, shape into balls with a spoon and roll in coconut.
