Here’s what you’ll need:
1 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 Tbs maple syrup
1 Tbs molasses
3 Tbs skim milk (or your choice of dairy-free milk)
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions:
- Combine protein powder, oats, cinnamon and ginger in mixing bowl
- Add maple syrup, molasses and milk
- Chill for about 20 minutes
- IF you made it this far without eating all of the batter, shape into balls with a spoon and roll in coconut.
