If we had to choose only one snack to eat the rest of our lives, it would probably be popcorn. To make it even more tempting, we’ve spruced up the crunchy, salty kernels with some holiday-flavored sweetness!

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 oz air popped popcorn

1 tsp stevia

1/4 tsp salt
2 T dark chocolate chips melted
1/8 tsp peppermint extract

 

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate chips first
  2. Add peppermint extract to melted chocolate
  3. Drizzle chocolate concoction over popcorn
  4. Sprinkle with salt and stevia
