Dijon Salad Dressing
Salads are a great way to throw together nutrient-rich meals that feature seasonal produce (or random veggies that are about to go bad). No salad is the same in our house – we always grab any and all veggies hiding in our refrigerator. This helps us from getting bored and wasting food! One major downfall of the salad is the dressing. Store-bought dressing can take your salad from making you feel like an Ultra-Healthy-Glowing-Beam-of-Health to a groggy and bloated shadow of yourself. Sound dramatic? Okay…maybe it is, but have you ever read the ingredient label on your favorite salad dressing? Yikes! No worries though. We are providing you with our simple go-to dressing that uses ingredients you probably already have laying around!
