Neither O nor M have a gluten intolerance or Celiac Disease, but we have many friends who suffer from bloating and feeling icky after eating gluten products. Either way, a clean pizza dough, with or without gluten, is hard to come by – which makes our cravings for pizza all the more hard to handle. That’s why we developed this single-serve Gluten Free Pizza Crust. Now you can enjoy pizza all to yourself without the guilt or bloating.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 cup oats ground to flour
3 Tbs egg whites or 1 egg white
1 Tbs coconut flour
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 Tbs water or until doughy consistency
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Combine ingredients and flatten into thin crust
- Place on greased cookie sheet (bake on foil or parchment for easy clean-up)
- Bake in oven for about 10 minutes – or until slightly golden
- Add your choice of toppings and put back in oven until toppings are hot, and cheese is melty
- Enjoy all to yourself!
