This sauce was originally created for our Chickpea Salad, but it’s so good that we also love it on its own. This Thai Peanut Ginger Dressing does not disappoint! Do not be fooled by the off putting color, this dressing is delicious. You can add it to any salad, use it as a marinade, poor it over your chicken breast for meal prep, use it as a glaze for your veggies, just about anything!
