This mocktail is fresh, tart, and bubbly! Sip on this Grapefruit & Rosemary mocktail all season long.

From a girl who doesn’t drink alcohol but is a sucker for a pretty, fancy glass and is sick of being asked “why aren’t you you drinking?” Seasonal mocktail recipes are my go-to replacement. The Grapefruit & Rosemary Mocktail is fresh, tart, and bubbly (some of my favorite attributes to a mocktail).

And for those of you who do drink… Splash some booze in there if you please.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 medium grapefruit, sliced
2 sprigs rosemary, leaves removed
4 cans grapefruit sparkling water
Honey to taste

Directions

  1. Thinly slice grapefruit. Remove the peel from about a third of the grapefruit and muddle along with rosemary leaves and honey
  2. Add sparkling water, muddled mixture, and ice to your fav fancy glass
  3. Add grapefruit slices and rosemary sprigs to garnish and enjoy!
