This Mixed Berry Crumble will bring you back to summer days in a flash. I miss fresh berries on the daily in the middle of winter, so that’s why I developed this Mixed Berry Crumble. It’s made with frozen berries instead of fresh ones, so you can whip it up anytime throughout the year and always enjoy the vibrant, freshness of berries! Pick your favorite berries – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc – and go nuts.
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 cups mixed berries, frozen
3 tbsp honey
Crumble
4 tbsp butter
½ cup oats
½ cup almond flour
2 tbsp honey
½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Fill pie tin or baking dish with berries and drizzle with honey.
- Melt butter and mix in remaining crumble ingredients. Break into crumble over the berries
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crumble is golden and berries have burst.
