This No Bake Fig Tart is ready in minutes! A tender and decadent crust is topped with a rich and creamy frosting and fresh fruit. You’re only 7 ingredients away from pure delight.
Here’s what you’ll need…
2 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut oil or butter, melted
8 oz mascarpone
8 oz plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup honey
2 cup figs, quartered
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
- Combine almond flour and butter
- Add to 9 inch pie tin and press into pan with hands until evenly distributed. Chill.
- Combine mascarpone, Greek yogurt, and honey and pour over the top of your chilled crust
- Top pie with figs and blueberries
- Preserve your no bake fig tart in the refrigerator for up to five days!
