Believe it or not, you are only 6 ingredients away from the No Bake Strawberry Tart. Whip it up in less than 20 minutes, and impress your friends and family for birthday celebrations, backyard barbecues, or any special occasion. It’s amazing what you can create when you focus on real, whole, high quality ingredients like local honey, and seasonal, organic strawberries. Let’s dig in!

 

Here’s what you’ll need…

Crust

2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Filling

16 oz marscarpone

1/4 cup raw honey

Toppings

2 cup strawberries, sliced

1/4 cup slivered almonds

 

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour and coconut oil and mix until evenly distributed
  2. Press crust into a pie dish to form an even layer
  3. Set aside and chill (the crust. Chill the crust..)
  4. Next, combine honey and marsarpone and mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed
  5. Spoon filling into the chilled pie dish and smooth with a rubber scraper
  6. Finally, top this off with your sliced strawberries and slivered almonds
Note: to achieve the look in the image, start on the outer edge, placing sliced strawberries pointing out and spiral your way into the center, adding a full strawberry in the middle. Then, lightly sprinkle almonds on top. Finally, decorate with a couple of small, fresh mint leaves – this step is optional.
