When we say that we love peanut butter, we mean it. We eat it on EVERYTHING. Sweet treats or savory, the stuff is so versatile. We were looking to spice up our weekend meal prep and felt like digging into some Thai Peanut Sauce. This stuff is rich and creamy with just the right amount of spice!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 can light coconut milk
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
1/4 cup raw honey
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in medium saucepan over medium heat
- Stir for 2-3 minutes, or until ingredients are form a homogeneous consistency
