We surprised our mom with a fab spread of Pineapple Avocado Salsa, Coconut Rice, a huge salad and this Chili Lime Glazed Salmon. We are still daydreaming about the deliciousness today…needless to say, we had to share the recipe.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1.5 lb salmon
1 tsp minced garlic
Zest of 1 lime
2 limes, juice of 1
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tbs honey
3 TBS olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix lime juice and zest, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, honey, and olive oil
  2. Allow salmon to marinade in sauce for at least two hours
  3. Bake or grill salmon to your liking
