We surprised our mom with a fab spread of Pineapple Avocado Salsa, Coconut Rice, a huge salad and this Chili Lime Glazed Salmon. We are still daydreaming about the deliciousness today…needless to say, we had to share the recipe.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1.5 lb salmon
1 tsp minced garlic
Zest of 1 lime
2 limes, juice of 1
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tbs honey
3 TBS olive oil
Directions:
- Mix lime juice and zest, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, honey, and olive oil
- Allow salmon to marinade in sauce for at least two hours
- Bake or grill salmon to your liking
