We’ve been on a major tropical fruit kick lately! Pineapples ?, mangos, kiwi, papaya – You name it, we’ve been obsessed! That’s why we created this Pineapple Mango Crisp. Fresh and bright just like these summer days coming our way ☀️

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 pineapple, diced
2 mangos, diced
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 cup rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup honey
4 TBS coconut flour

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Add pineapple and mangos to 9×13 inch pan
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the fruit
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crisp is golden
