Family dinner, a small get-together or a chill night in, these bite-sized appetizers are sure to impress.

Ingredients:

8 oz baby bella cremini mushrooms, stems and centers removed

1/4 cup orange bell pepper, chopped

1 green onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tbs parmesan

1/2 tbs olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Sautee stems, peppers, onions and garlic in olive oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes
  3. Fill mushrooms with veggies and top with parmesan
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes
