Yesterday the food Gods and Goddesses shined down on us and brought us beautiful, juicy, delicious mangoes on sale! Naturally, we whipped up a brand new recipe (just in time for Cinco de Mayo!). Try this sweet and spicy Mango Salsa. It’s super easy and great on your fave grilled protein or just as a dip with tortilla chips.

 

Here’s what you’ll need:

2 large mangoes, cubed
2 medium vine-ripened tomatoes, cubed
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/2 jalapeño, finely chopped
Juice of half a lime
Salt to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients and allow the juices and flavors to work their magic
